Cancer spreads through the body via blood or clear fluid that circulates through the lymphatic system and carries cells that help fight infections and other diseases.

The body is composed of different types of cells. Cells grow and divide in a normal and controlled way to produce more cells as needed. When cells age or are damaged, they die, and then they are replaced by new cells.

When this normal process goes wrong (Genetics-DNA of a cell is damaged or modified) the body begins to produce mutations that affect the growth of normal cells. All tumors are not cancer. "Benign" means that the tumor is not cancer. Cancer tumors that are to be "malicious".
